WHAT IS MY WARRANTY FOR SMOOTH FITNESS PRODUCTS?
EVO3i Treadmill
- HOME TO LIGHT COMMERCIAL USE ( Between 4 to 6 hours per day) - two (2) years on parts including FRAME and MOTOR ; one (1) year on SERVICE.
FX40 HR Treadmill
- FOR HOME USE ONLY - one (1) year on parts including FRAME and MOTOR ; one (1) year on SERVICE.
FX25 Treadmill
- FOR HOME USE ONLY - one (1) year on parts including FRAME and MOTOR ; one (1) year on SERVICE.
REV600 Elliptical Trainer
- HOME TO LIGHT COMMERCIAL USE ( Between 4 to 6 hours per day) - one (1) year on parts ; one (1) year on service.

What will be the delivery period if I order cardiovascular equipment?
- For Star Trac Cardiovascular equipment (Treadmills, Total Body Trainers , Steppers, Bikes) it usually take 60 to 90 days. This already includes manufacturer’s production lead time (also includes client’s special order of upholstery and frame colors) as well as the transit time until the product reaches the Philippines.
- For Smooth Fitness Cardiovascular equipment (Home, Light Commercial Treadmills and Elliptical Trainers), stocks are available upon order. If bought from a dealer, please allow us to deliver upon three (3) working days.

What will be the delivery period if I order strength equipment?
- For Star Trac and Inflight Fitness - Ninety (90) to one hundred twenty (120) days upon confirmation of order. This already includes the manufacturer's production leadtime and transit time of the equipment until it reaches the Philippines.

WARRANTY FOR STAR TRAC and INFLIGHT FITNESS EQUIPMENTS
- Fit Inc.as the exclusive distributor of Star Trac Equipment here in the Philippines is giving two (2) years WARRANTY for Parts and Motor and one (1) year for service / labor for ALL Cardiovascular equipment.
- For Star Trac Strength : Ten (10) years on frame excluding coatings , two (2) year on other parts (bearrings, pulleys etc.) , ninety (90) days upholstery and one (1) year on labor.
- For Inflight Fitness Strength : Ten (10) years on frame excluding coatings ,one (1) year on other parts (bearrings, pulleys etc.) , ninety (90) days upholstery and one (1) year on labor.
